What a $400,000 House in Tokyo Japan will Get You
Get 10% off with my link on Squarespace - https://squarespace.com/paolofromtokyo This is a Japanese Home Tour of a $400,000 house in Tokyo. This 60,000,000 JPY House tour is pre-renovation so it may look a bit rough. It's a 160 square meters, 44 year old, 4LDK house with 2 garages and a backyard sitting on 181 square meters of land. So in Japan, housing properties are evaluated based on the land value plus the building value. In Tokyo, the average land value is about 1.2M yen 8110 USD per square meter, while in this area, on the outskirts, it averages about 330,000 yen / 2230 USD per square meters, which would value this house’s land at around 400,000 dollars. But since this house was built in 1980, has been poorly maintained, left un-renovated with no one living here for 3 years, the house value in Japan is considered close to zero. Therefore, a total valuation of 400,000 USD. This Tokyo house is a 12 minute walk away from Komae train station, which has many shops and cool restaurants and of course a supermarket. Also, about a 20 mins train ride from Shinjuku station, this area has a down to earth relaxing vibe and my favorite 3 breweries in the area with one just across the street. Closure and Commutative Properties in Algebra
This tutorial delves into two fundamental concepts in algebra: the closure and commutative properties. These properties are essential building blocks in mathematics, forming the basis for various operations and equations. This video is designed to help students, educators, and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of algebraic principles. The closure property refers to the characteristic of a set that remains within the same set when an operation is performed on any two elements. We begin by exploring what this means in the context of different mathematical operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, providing clear examples for each. Next, the video shifts focus to the commutative property, which states that the order in which two numbers are added or multiplied does not affect the result. We demonstrate this property with numerous examples, showing its application in practical math problems. Throughout the tutorial, we emphasize how these properties are utilized in solving algebraic problems, ensuring viewers understand their application in real-world scenarios. This video is a valuable resource for reinforcing the fundamental concepts of algebra and enhancing problem-solving skills. Join us to gain a comprehensive understanding of the closure and commutative properties in mathematics. More Lessons: http://www.MathAndScience.com Twitter: https://twitter.com/JasonGibsonMath

Physical Forces- Newton's Laws of Motion - Types of Forces - Mass, Acceleration - Mechanics -Physics. Force = mass x acceleration…..Gravitational force = mass x acceleration caused by gravity (g)…g=9.8 m/s^2 ….Mass vs Weight…Mass is measured in kg whereas weight is measured in Newtons. Mass doesn’t depend on gravitational force. However, weight depends on gravity (your weight is higher on Planet Earth compared to on moon). What is momentum? -Linear momentum, angular momentum, for each action there’s an equal but opposite reaction. Speed vs velocity…Mass x velocity. Positive force vs negative force.
